Proof of residency - Is needed for all New and Returning families.

 

Reg-Online Account - If you have used our portal before and do not remember the email used to create the account, please reach out to us so we can provide the information.  You do not have to make a new account. We can change the email on the back end so a new account does not have to be made. If you make a new account you will have to re-submit all the necessary documents and complete the online application as a New Enrollment.

Password - If you are a returning family, we will be more than happy to look up the account and have a password reset link sent to the account email. If you are new and creating a new account, your password needs to be at least 8 characters, including at least one capital letter, lower case letter, number, and special character. 

 

Proof of Identification - Is a new item that we will require. Acceptable forms of Identification are a California Driver's License, California State ID, Passport or California Registration. If the parent is a foster parent, legal guardian, or adopted parent we will need a copy of the legal document stating them as guardian.
